Adapted to the specific needs of the person at the moment of the class.  With one package, you can pick whichever option is best for you upon your arrival.

Options include : 

• Classical Pilates class using the apparatus created by Joseph Pilates (i.e. Reformer, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel, High Chair, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair) and matwork with the Magic Circle.

• MELT class : A method of releasing myo-fascial tensions with a soft roller.

• MELT + Pilates class.  An excellent way to get rid of stuck tension that holds you back from being able to execute Pilates exercises with ease.  After years of teaching experience, this type of class has become my preferance.  It allows for better body consciousness and students progress quicker.

Rate per person : 

• One class  : 50€
• Package of 10 classes : 450€

Rates based on a one hour class, unless specified otherwise.  Class duration can vary according to the needs of the student and will be decided before the beginning of the class.

Payment method : personal checks (3 maximum) or cash

Each package is valid for one calendar year, starting on the date of purchase.

No free trial classes.

No refunds unless there is an exceptional circumstance to be reviewed on a case by case basis.
